The disclaimer is that message at the bottom of the posts about unsubscribing or changing list options. I also configured the list to send a big disclaimer explaining the workings of the list to everyone as they subscribe. Basically, this list will work about the same as Wind-Up's, minus the moderation, and actual freedom to say what's on your mind here without worrying about someone whining to list managers about it.
